AKG DMS 700 V2

21 September 2011
Story Code : cs16

What is it?
AKG’s flagship digital wireless microphone system for broadcast, installed and live sound applications.

Details
The DMS 700 is the first professional digital wireless microphone system that conforms to both FCC and European ETSI guidelines and therefore can be used worldwide. V2 features low latency and an un-reached link quality and coverage. Up to 155 MHz frequency range of transmitters and receiver gives the user the necessary flexibility even in a crowded RF environment and the state of the art 512-bit encryption offers the necessary security for sensitive audio transmissions. Ideal for broadcast applications, conferences, courtrooms, houses of worship, stage and music performances. The system can be integrated into a HiQnet system with optional HUB4000Q.
AKG claims the V2’s digital audio transmission eliminates distortions and significant noise levels at high audio frequencies known from analogue wireless systems. It also protects users from bad audio performance due to low RF link quality.
