Alexander Donath has joined Electro-Voice as export sales manager for Western Europe. He has held similar roles at various other audio companies.
In his new role, Donath, who has worked as a freelance technician and sound engineer, will be the contact for distributors operating throughout Western Europe.
He said: "Rental companies and building clients on installation projects are obliged to invest in future-proof technology and therefore require comprehensive support from the planning stage right through to the commissioning and day-to-day operation of the equipment," he says. "Under the Bosch umbrella, Electro-Voice and its distributors are able to offer customers this high level of service and products.
Markus Scmittinger, who formerly held the role, is now product marketing manager at the company.
